Exploding onto fashion stages worldwide, quilted garments have quickly become the “must-have” fashion item, and the trend shows no sign of slowing down.
Join Elissa, as she shares her approach to creating quilted clothing, creating a new unique design from the ground up, loaded with color,applique, and paper piecing. Participants will gain valuable insight in how to approach construction with tips and techniques, choosing supplies for a polished and wearable finish, and what to consider in their own quilted garments.
Elissa will share her own quilted garments and sneakers and the inspiration behind each, including how she thinks outside of the box for special finishing details.
